These Terms of Service apply to all users who visit the Editlese website, purchase a package, contact support or use our video editing services. Editlese provides professional video editing for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, ads and brand videos.
Editlese may provide editing, post-production, color adjustment, audio adjustment, subtitles, motion text and delivery format support based on raw videos, images, audio, briefs and brand notes submitted by the customer. The service scope depends on the purchased package.
Package selection and payment are completed through Shopier. After payment, the customer is directed to support channels for file submission and brief instructions. Payment infrastructure and payment security are provided by Shopier.
The customer is responsible for submitting raw footage, logos, music preferences, sample videos, brand notes and special requests completely and accurately. Missing or unclear briefs may delay delivery.
Delivery time may vary depending on the selected package, file volume, brief clarity and revision scope. Editlese delivers the final video digitally within a reasonable timeframe.
Revision rights are limited to the number and scope stated in the purchased package. A revision means minor adjustments within the original brief. New concepts, new formats or full re-edits may require an additional fee.
For digital services, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted after the editing process has started. Cancellation requests before work begins are evaluated separately. Shopier rules may also apply to payment and refund processes.
The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights to use all submitted videos, images, audio, music, logos and brand materials. Responsibility for copyright, trademark or third-party rights claims belongs to the customer.
Editlese may refuse work involving illegal content, hate speech, fraud, explicit material, promotion of violence, infringement of third-party rights or content that violates platform rules. Editlese reserves the right to reject such requests.
The Editlese brand name, logo, design, text, visual language, service structure and website content may not be copied without permission. Delivered video outputs are made available to the customer after payment is completed.
The website may include links to Shopier, Instagram, YouTube or other third-party platforms. Those platforms are responsible for their own content, payment processes and data policies.
Editlese does not guarantee views, sales, followers, ad performance or revenue after the customer publishes the video. The service is limited to professional video editing and delivery support.
Editlese may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated terms become effective when published on the website.
